Personal limits
Set the limits for deposits, losses and wagers per day, week or month in your profile, or ask our team through live chat or email. A decrease in the limit applies immediately. An increase requires email confirmation and can take effect only after the previous limit of the same type expires. Deposit limits may not always apply to cryptocurrency.
Cooling-off
Cooling-off is available for 1 week, 1 month, 3 months or 6 months. It applies immediately and the account reactivates automatically at expiry.
Self-exclusion
Self-exclusion is available for 6 months, 9 months, 1 year or indefinitely, and it disables the account immediately.
Both block fiat deposits. During cooling-off you can still withdraw the remaining funds. During self-exclusion, remaining balances are paid out on request through our support team, and verification may still apply.
